OramaSearch, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
Site analytics under your consent, with no personal information in the analytics data. The details you enter on the sales form, including how you heard about us. Billing details, handled by our payment provider. And the content you connect to Orama Cloud Pro so the service can search it.
Why we collect it
To operate the site, deliver the service, handle billing, and respond to your inquiries. Nothing more.
Who processes it for us
We run the service on a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, it is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to certain processing (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA). Email [email protected] to exercise them; we respond to every verified request.
